That Rally Car sound....awwww Someone testing his rally car by the slopes of the Lukenya Hills, has woken me up from my sleep....he immediately revived some good memories...gives me the urge to sit in a rally again....:) that gear shifting and noise is tempting....Reminds me of those days when I look at this photos....all the way SIDEWAYS....NOISE...SLAMMING OF GEARS WITHOUT USE OF THE CLUTCH..Only few drivers had the qualities and guts to do this..That is when I knew I did not qualify to be a rally driver...stuck to navigation...:) Foto1: With Ampritpal Suri in a Fiat Abarth 131.. Foto2: With the late Ayub Ibrahim in a Nissan 240RS....Finished second overall in the Sanyo 2000 Rally after spending almost 15 minutes in a ditch :) Foto3. With Najmi Kassam in a Nissan Sylvia 200SX...Finished 4th overall and best in Class behind the three Toyota Celica Turbos in the Caltex Rally, a round of the African Rally Championship. Foto4: With Sammy Aslam in a Hyundai Accent ....Finished 9th overall and 1st in the ARC Class in the Sasoil Rally of South Africa.
