That always existed ..but its going to get worse As labels continue to cut financial support because sales are descending into nothing , the only ones that will be able to afford playing music / touring for the next generations , will be kids with rich parents or with other financial backings , its a shame because most of the bands that made memorable music in the past come from kids who struggled growing up or work extremely hard to get their art out there with a certain thing called Belief .. Im all for evolution and i admire also the internet age it gives everyone a chance to expand their voices across the globe but theres this element that is lacking today in regards to climbing that difficult ladder , one step at the time through dirt and suffering.. to earn the respect and the fans attention , now its ..bought $$ thats my Wednesday rant :) metalsucks.net/2014/05/27/report-number-heavy-metal-bands-given-country-associated-wealth-affluence/
