That is highly understated. 1) Wireless phone, $67 for household? For a family of 2, how can you have a cell phone of $33 per month HST included? For a family of 3, you are lucky to pay $120. 2) Internet $31, which ISP? Low speed, limited usage? Rogers charge $35.99 for Lite Package, download up to 3 Mbps, upload up to 256 kbps, up to 25 GB usage per month. $35.99 x 1.13 sales tax = $41 already. 3) Wireline phone $35, without "Smart package" (call display, voice mail, call forward...) that costs $12 plus HST or $13.50 already? 4) Cable TV $52 (basic package, no HD, no premium channels)? It is lucky to pay $300 per month per household on communication. I also pay a mobile hub and business fax, ... scary to count, probably over $500 per month....
