Main guidelines: 1) gradual reduction in the animals on display to zero ... 2) Creating the following locations: a) Rehabilitation and Reintroduction Wildlife, b) Transfer of alien shrines, c) Conservation and Research, d) Education, Communication and Dissemination, e) Ecological Tour, f) Refunctionalization enclosures and general infrastructure g) Training and hiring of personnel, h) Financing Plan, i) The zoo site stop working as animal exhibit, j) Opening of the Eco Park to promote the protection, appreciation and respect for nature. This project must be approved by legislature for it to become law, it is the last hope for Arthur and the zoo animals
