That loud Inner Bully will tell you to GIVE UP! It will tell you you are not worth it, you are stupid, people hate you or you burden them. It will tell you everyone else has it together....except for you. It hunts you. It can destroy you. But, you also have an Inner Mama Bear. You do! No Joke. But you have to find her. Shes not outside of you, she is inside you. When you can protect yourself, from yourself, your power is mighty.
