That moment when a customer gets mad and argues with you because they try to tell you how the equipment worked at their other home when clearly you know its a lie. Work order is made to install for 1 tv. A hopper is all thats listed under the equipment tab. She tells me the install is for 2 tvs cuz the box works 2 tvs. I said yes it works up to 3. Do you have the other box for the other room cuz the work order only shows 1 box. She tells me oh there is no other box cuz when they installed it they just gave us a second remote and plugged the coax straight into the tv. I tell her thats not possible. The system wouldnt work. Shes clearly lying and trying to get an extra tv with out paying cuz her kids straight called her out and she told them to shut up lol. Ohhhh people. If youre gonna try and work the system. know the system first lol
