That moment when you know its changed for ever, you sit down look around and see the empty seat, the empty spaces where things lived,the smells that are gone, the noises you dont hear, the space within you where the flame is starting to flicker, no longer burning bright, your tear ducts sore from the watery pain, 1 cup in the kitchen, 1 pillow used, deafening silence once children sleep, but you continue, you go to sleep and your eyes open to face another day regardless, this is life.
