That moment when youre laying in bed and you realize that Jake Gyllenhaal played basically the same character in October Sky as he did in Donnie Darko and he even did the exact same scene in each movie (Donie: boys sitting around drinking and shooting a gun talking about smurfs get distracted by grandma death) is parallel to (October Sky: boys sitting around talking about coal and shooting a gun get distracted by a guy with a really nice car/girl friend)
