That the Harper government uses the word accountability out loud, after having campaigned heavily on it, and audiences dont burst into derisive laughter every time, is a chilling testament to the effectiveness of corporate Conservative media in convincing voters of darned near any fiction. In addition to stonewalling and underplaying an absurd range of scandals, they continue to take every step they can think of to keep us uninformed, hide or suppress or delete evidence, and otherwise make cheating easier.
