NINE TIMES in the New Testament, it is recorded that Jesus foretold that He would rise from the dead on the THIRD DAY. THREE TIMES it was reported specifically that that He did rise on the THIRD DAY. That is one of many reasons why I believe Jesus is God. Now that I am born again of the water and of the Spirit (John 3:3-7 and Acts 2:38), having 1. Repented, 2. Baptized in water in Jesus name, 3. Baptized in His Spirit with evidence of speaking in other tongues, (death/burial/resurrection - blood/water/Spirit), if I die, He says that He will raise me from the dead, too (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17). If He returns before I die, He will change my corruptible body to incorruptible, my mortality to immortality, terrestrial to celestial, and I will live with Him forever. I dont just believe in HIS resurrection. I believe in mine, too.
