That would be the same water that runs off all the concrete and paved areas, not replenishing underground aquifers. The same water being guzzled by industry and domestic users, for hosing down their very important cars. The same water that hasnt fallen as rain for months because of climate change alterations in weather patterns. And probably the same water well be getting (if were lucky) out of water lorries when the water rationing kicks in. And of course the wildlife will just be dying in droves. Water? Who needs it?
