Thats how I did it. With a little over 215 lbs. gone in about a year (March 2013-2014), Id say that Im in a believer. Pay attention to your body, incorporate regular exercise (if only just some treadmill time!), and youll see results. Diabetic Patients should TRULY (not playin here) consult with their doctors. In all honesty, you may not be the best candidate for this diet. It will depend on the severity of your condition. Go for it, folks!
