Thats it. War has been declared and I will stop at nothing short of total annihilation and victory. Who is the opponent, you ask? Mosquitos. Gazillions of them. In my yard. On my front porch. In my house! I got out the pump-up sprayer, filled it with a brew of Permethrin SFR ( from Amazon) and commenced to killin. As I opened fire on the walk going toward my front porch, I was swarmed by at least 30 of these flying teeth. Wildly flailing the sprayer wand, dispersing liquid death in wider and wider arcs, the mosquitos were caught totally off guard, and fell in heaps. Yes, heaps. Some of their sneakier brethren caught me on the rear flank and went for pay dirt on my bare legs. Swatting and retreating into the street and broad sunlight revealed their strategy and prowess at capturing a stronghold on my calf. Fortunately, the law of nature (survival of the fittest) prevailed and I obliterated the blood-sucking pestilence with a single blow. Now for the Permethrin SFR to take effect. It should not take long. The battle is over and the war should end soon. Take no prisoners. Show no mercy. Goodness and righteousness is on our side.
