Thats it!!! We did it!!! The 2014 Vicki Soto 5k is COMPLETELY SOLD OUT with 2691 participants!!! We cant wait to see all of you on Saturday!! Here is some important information for you all: PLEASE DO NOT CALL STANZIALES RESTAURANT FOR EVENT QUESTIONS Packet pick up will take place October 29 & 30 5PM-8PM in the banquet room of Stanziales Restaurant 595 Main Street Stratford CT. If you are picking up for others please have all the bib numbers available. If you can not make it to packet pick up on 10/29 or 10/30 you can pick up on race day 11/1 beginning at 7AM. Registration is set to close at midnight on 10/25 OR when we reach 2500 participants. Once registration closes you will receive an email with your bib number you must know this number when picking up your packet. RACE DAY: Come dressed to participate, we will not have a bag check and will not be responsible for valuables or belongings. All bags brought into the main lot will be subject to search. If possible use a clear see through bag. (This is for the safety of our guests and participants) When transiting from your vehicle to the main event lot PLEASE use the sidewalks and cross walks! There will be police and security to cross you at the cross walks. Two Roads Brewery and Sierra Nevada Brewery are supporting our event this year. If you would like to participate in the beer tent after the 5K you MUST be 21 or older, and have a valid government/state issued ID on your person. IDs will be checked and wrist bands will be issued. No dogs/pets on the race route or in the main lot. Insurance requirements mandate that all participants MUST wear the bib that was issued to you. If you can not participate on race day and you are registered do not give your bib to someone else. Kids Fun Run will take place at 9AM. No registration required for this event. Please have your children in the main lot by 8:50. There will be announcements as to where to meet for the fun run. The Kids Fun Run will take place within the main lot. If you have family members or guests attending the event but not participating in the 5K route we will be asking for a small donation at the registration tent if they would like to participate in the food tents. They will receive a wristband that will allow access to the food tents. (thank you for your cooperation with this) Thank you for your time and support!
