Thats nothing to laugh at. Joaquin Phoenix absorbed his twin in utero and all thats left of the twin is on his forehead. The twin has his own brain stem and is said to be able to feel pain and emotions. Thats not a quirky thing with Joaquins face, thats another human being who just so happens to be a forehead that youre laughing at. And just so you know, the forehead twin is named Leaf Phoenix, if you want to put a name to who youre making fun of.
