Thats odd??? In my 90% LATINO town of CICERO, ILLINOIS, most of the programs here are run FOR LATINOS ONLY, are announced IN SPANISH ONLY, and paid for with US TAXPAYER DOLLARS through STATE and FEDERAL FUNDING, yet LATINOS ARE ONLY 8% OF THE WORLDS POPULATION!! Do I, a WHITE AMERICAN (4th Generation), have to get MEXICAN CITIZENSHIP in order to take advantage of the AMERICAN PAID FOR--LATINO RUN programs in MY OWN COUNTRY???
