But we now know that the constitution only requires 30 days notice rather than 2 years. 3. He said that he had to remove Umana Okon Umana because he had declared his candidacy. Does his action support the constitution? 4. He said that people were accusing him of locking Umana Umana out of his office. He asked the audience to think about it ... that deputy governorx27;s office is in that same location as well as his [governorx27;s] office, so why would he have sealed the office when these other offices were there. He said he called the deputy governor to ask her if her office has been sealed - just to prove that the story was false. ,,, Yes he was speaking to children! 5.
