The 18 FSM Congress concluded on Saturday November 29, 2014 a Special Session at which time an appropriation of $20 million passed 2nd and final reading to go into the FSM Trust Fund. This, by far, is an unprecedented level of appropriation in one single time to appropriate as high as $20 million to go into the FSM Trust Fund. In the 5th Regular Session of the 18th FSM Congress in September, 2014, the FSM Congress also appropriated $10 million to go into the FSM Trust Fund. In the past two years FSM Congress appropriated a total of $37 million for the FSM Trust Fund with a total of $50 million now. The Compact Trust Fund jointly administered by the US and FSM Governments is a separate Trust Fund with a total of about $400 million.
