The 19th District has issued a community alert for two robberies that occurred over the weekend. In both of these incidents, four offenders used force and the threat of force while taking cell phones and wallets from citizens on the street. In both instances, the offenders approached the victims and asked if they wanted to buy narcotics before attacking the victims.
