The 1st day of the year is over and we bring you both good and bad news. The good first - Wrinkles found a home! and a lovely home at that. Thank you Krantipriya C Mitra for giving him a home :) We hope and pray he settles down soon and lives a long & happy life. But the sad part is that we lost Volley the choc Lab girl yesterday. She was improving so we are all still stunned that she is no more. The vets feel her small body went through too much in too less a time - parvo, kennel cough, distemper and we failed to find her a home/ foster. That is why we say a foster makes a huge difference to the life of a shelter pet especially pedigrees and puppies who have the lowest immunity. We are still trying to re-home Kali and Brownie. Please share and help us find them homes before they end up at the shelter like poor Volley.
