The 1st had a great but hard fought win at home, 3-0 against ST marys, 0-0 at half time, but 3 early goals in the second half scored by Andy Patterson, and a double by James Guiney, sealed a good win,St Marys played well and were unlucky not to have a goal given in the last 5 mins, but the ref and i believe most of our players and supporters, and i think even most of the St Marys players did not think it was a goal, but i think we were lucky that the ref did not see it right, and hes the one that counts, the 2nds were beat 1-5 away to Dollingstown 2 nds with this texe message to Andy ,coming from the Dollingstown manager the score line was very flattering , the game at 2-1 with 10 mins to go was very even, our goal coming from Gavin Sharrock, so lads we seem to be playing well against good teams but keep blowing up in the last 10 to 15 mins, having watched a very good turn out week after week at training, and everyone putting it in i dont really under stand whats going wrong, just keep the heads up theres no dout that this is the strongest 2 nds team that we have had in a long time training means a lot, so if your not at it dont yap if your not on, The 3 rds had another home win against Glenavy 3 rds 3-0 with goals from Jay Cambell, vinney Robinson, and Jordan Frazer, and makeing an appearance ,( and not for the first time by the way) another old war horse, (or cart horse as some of you like to say ) big Iany, and well done big man keeping a clean sheet.....
