The 1st picture was taken last December 2013 and the second is presently what our City Plaza looks like. Im not into politics and I have nothing against the incumbent administration, but as a legitimate TabaqueƱo, I have the prerogative to contribute my opinion. The plaza symbolizes our town. My Christmas wish for our CITY OF LOVE is to have a lively, inspirational, and meaningful atmosphere. The plaza serves as a special place for our townies. For those who cant spend extra time, money and effort to go abroad or out of town, they spend it there with their families as well. Specially the islanders and people from upland, the plaza serves as the playground for their kids, to see colorful lights and to make lots of memories once a year. It will help compensate the expenses of our taxpayers, too. I think, that we, as Catholics, should give an extra effort to honor the Christmas Season. Our neighboring towns had the initiative of using indigenous materials to innovate and save money, and added some lights to brighten up the season. In that way, they can represent the spirit of Christmas in a simple manner. Again, this is only my unsolicited opinion. Im sure the City Administration has its own reasons which I respect. THIS IS MY OWN WALL WHERE I CAN SPEAK MY HEART AND MIND FREELY. NO HARSH COMMENTS, PLEASE. THANK YOU. I wish I am Bill Gates wife so I will be able to donate a huge Christmas tree. Kaso, di hamak na kusinera lang ako!!! Hahahahaha
