The 2014 Laura Branigan Spirit Of Love Memorial Gathering officially came to a close at 7:00 last evening, and unofficially a few hours ago as we and the other participants said our goodbyes to each other, after spending a great time together in conversation in the hotel lobby. Just as it was after one of Lauras concerts, the same rings true in regards to the memorial event - the sign that a fantastic weekend was had by all is the fact that none of us wanted it to end, and it is hard to say goodbye to those who are a part of the LB family, We had a very meaningful and focused weekend as we celebrated not only Laura the artist, but Laura the person. A very heartfelt thank you to all those who once again journeyed to Long Island, NY, to remember our dear Laura, and to all those fans around the world who were here with us in spirit. We wish a safe trip to all those returning home today, and may Lauras legacy ever remain that which is never stagnant, but one that is always in motion! ~ Kathy and Vince Golik, Other Half Entertainment
