The 2014 Ponoka Stampede has drawn to a close for us here at Cilantro + Chive. We had one heck of a push through the last week. I couldnt be more proud with how our staff stepped up and handled the added pressure. For a green team in the back of house, the stress and added guests for the last week allowed them to shine. Our front of house staff stepped up pulling long shifts, always with a smile and skip in their step. Looking back on a long week, I am incredibly satisfied with how the week went. I couldnt have done it with out the awesome staff we have. It is time for them to kick their boots up and have some fun and r and r. With this in mind we will be closed tomorrow (Tuesday, July 1st) and reopen Wednesday, July 2nd ready to go. Thank you to everyone who has stopped in and helped shape us into what we are today!
