The 2014 outbreak of Ebola is the largest in history. As of today, more than 7000 people have been infected with more than 3 000 deaths (half are women and the youth). Africa2.0 has been tasked for the social mobilization activities with the youth and local communities. ZeroEbola, led by AF2.0, has positioned itself as the Local Partner of Choice for the international institutions, decision makers and the communities, the voice of people most affected by the disease, and to raise awareness of the disease amongst the vulnerable groups. The ZeroEbola campaign objective is to contribute to the Country Response plan by conducting awareness and prevention campaigns, education and distribution of kits to schools, orphanages , women and the youth throughout the national territory. The implementation of this campaign requires the mobilization of funds for the purchase of kits and funding the outreach missions.
