The 2015 Plainfield High School Alumni Association Hall of Fame Nominations opened on June 24, 2014 and the deadline is Blue October 31, 2014. The 10th Annual Plainfield High School Hall of Fame Induction Luncheon will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 11 a.m. In 2000 we started the Plainfield High School Hall of Fame. Our Hall of Fame Celebrates the Success of Alumni & Staff. We have held 9 Induction Ceremonies from 2000-2004 and 2011-2014. The PHSAA HOF currently has 141 members and the Alumni Inductees Graduated from PHS between 1898 and 2000. The criteria for Alumni Nominations is Graduation from Plainfield High School at least ten years ago 2005. The Alumni Nominee should have distinguished themselves in their area of expertise or have won community, county, state, national, corporate/professional awards or acclaim. Non-Alumnus Staff Nominees must have served the Plainfield Public Schools for a minimum of at least ten years. Your nomination must be submitted electronically as a word document. The first page should include a photo, bio, year of graduation, area of success and nominators name. The 2nd page should include a letter justifying induction and the nominators contact information. NOMINATIONS SHOULD NOT EXCEED 2 PAGES! This information will become the property of the PHS Alumni Association /Thirst For Knowledge, LLC and will not be returned! We reserve the right to verify all information. Anyone can submit a nomination. Each nomination requires a $50 Nomination Fee. Successful Nominations require an additional $100 Fee which will be payable before November 15, 2014. The Nomination Fees are Non-Refundable!
