The 20th ( Thursday) to 17 October ICAF local tournament / Hokkaido venue finally ( day ) , only later to ICAF. Held in Hokkaido area that marks the second time this year . To our students of Hokkaido , it is now be able to enjoy at once the animation work that students of colleges and universities across the country were produced from last year . 21 schools nationwide participated , program of overseas Korea , France , and Mexico also will be screened as a special screening this year . Three schools Sapporo City University , Hokkaido University of Education Iwamizawa school , Sapporo manga and anime Academy have participated from Hokkaido . You can see carefully for 4 days about 178 pieces or more . It is a program that every day is different . Admission is free . Of course , students learn video and animation , please feel free to visitors and the general public . Photo is a program in Hokkaido venue .
