The #24 team was back in action Saturday night at Flamboro Speedway. This was the final visit to Flamboro this year. And in what’s been a “feast or famine” year for the 24 team, the pattern continued Saturday night. Justin started and finished the heat race in the second position. The track wasn’t just quite wide enough to find a way by the heat winning car. The 2nd place heat finish set Justin up for an 8th position feature race starting position. Unfortunately, it would be a short appearance in the feature race. At the drop of the green flag, the outside lane was slow to get rolling. Justin fell back 2 or 3 positions off the start. As he entered turn 1 on the second lap, another car drove into the left rear sending Justin around. He kept it off the wall, but another car didn’t get slowed up in time and crashed into the right front – a pretty good hit. And that ended the night for the 24 team. Check out the video.
