The 27th of September seems to be a good date, for most of us, except Rita Schindler :( . Now we need to pick the place. Melanie Harris Fienen talked to Harolds (the place between Harrisonville and Freeman) today. For around $15.00 each, they will set up a buffet for us. They have a private room for us and an open bar. I talked to the lady at the Trade Fair Hall. For around $15.00 each, they will set up a buffet with Italian food, fried chicken, or barbeque. We would also have to pay the $450.00 hall rental fee, but it is here in town. She also mentioned that the hotel across the street will give discounts and block off some rooms if you mention that you are going to an event at the hall. Which do you prefer?
