Norfolks own OConnor Brewery will be doing beer tastings at our Sunday evening opening reception! oconnorbrewing/taproom/ OConnor Brewery first opened in March 2010 in a small facility in Norfolk and pioneered the craft beer craze in Hampton Roads. Since then theyve experienced regional growth and have won numerous state and international craft beer awards. They moved to their new facility in June 2014 due to unexpected and exponential growth. Instead of choosing new construction, they decided to purchase and rehab an old mid-century modern building in an industrial section of Ghent in Norfolk. Their long-term plan is to grow into the new location over the next 5-10 years until more space is needed to make more beer!
