The 2nd issue that woke me up at 03h00. Most of you will remember the fight l had with the Physician at Linksfield who demanded R2000 cash for a pre-op check-up and then demanded to see my own Physician. I saw him yesterday - all my bloodtests, bloodpressure, bloodsugar, ECG, Lung Function Test, Scan of my Heart, chest x-ray were better than normal + l ran on the tredmill for 15 min without any difficulty. My Phyician was so impressed. This is all because of my new healthy eating plan 360XBT. When l took my results to the Physician at Linksfield he said the report is too good to be true and l am a hiigh risk case. I almost blasted him. Now l will be admitted a day before my knee replacement so that he can do the tests and clear me for the knee replacement. So l stayed calm, but after the op, l WILL take him to the Health Prof Council of SA, my medical aid and inform my physician. Aluta Continua.
