The 2nd time around and this is still a lower body killer! . When I first tried this, I didnt have the needed flexibility and balance. I couldnt keep my legs as straight as possible, perform the Leg Circles properly and often lost my balance in the Kneeling Rear Leg Raise. . Now at round 2 of the FitnessBlender program I am following (4 weeks later), I can execute all of the routines better. Flexibility and balance has improved significantly. I just need to work more on the breathing. :)
