The 3 keys to happiness: #1- Be FIT. Fitness involves joy, pain and everything in between, it never stops, but it keeps you going. It can be a pain in your a$$ and a thorn in your side but with every workout you feel more alive. #2. Be FIERCE. No matter what life throws at you, you dont give up, you persevere. You courageously stretch your wings and if you fall you rise again. You can, because you will, you have the power to decide. When you look in the mirror, you see Pride. #3. Be FABULOUS. You cant be compared or judged because when it comes to being you, you are the best. You love enough yourself to celebrate all that you are. Imperfections and all, you live your life like a STAR. You deserve to have it all, because you are an optimist. You are Fit, Fierce and Fabulous. A diva in your life and the owner of your happiness. I created the INNER CIRCLE FITCLUB as a home for the Fit, Fiece and Fabulous to Hang out. It is a place for those who dont just talk about Fitness, they live it. Why join?
