The 300 workout Are you guys looking for a bull busting workout that covers your resistance training and cardio all in one, that will leave you burning calories for the next 48 hours like a greyhound on amphetamines? In celebration of the latest 300 movie this is the workout weve been trying at Nuffield Health. I completed it in a rather embarrassing 20.36, whilst my colleague Chaz the beast Francis did it in 10.50!!! The score was even bettered by Jade the bionic woman Lindsay who did it in under 9 minutes! Also big shout out to Zec Jakota and Steve Driver who didi in under 15 minutes. I felt rather illl at the end, but felt like I acquired a great workout. Give it a try! Complete in any order. Pull Ups (wide grip): 25 reps Tricep Dips (unassisted for men, off Dips apparatus): 25 reps Press Ups: 50 reps Body weight Squat Jumps: 50 reps V-Ups/V-Sit: 50 reps Barbell Thruster (Front Squat to shoulder press at 30% of body weight): 50 reps Burpees: 50 reps Pull Ups (again!!): 25 reps
