The 30min PT session.. One of the dumbest things in the fitness industry! .. Sorry but you cannot achieve anything great in 30mins.. Just doing some mobility (if needed for a given exercise) and prehab/rehab stuff, before you do 2-3sets with an empty bar to start to get your technique dialed in takes 30mins.. And you havent even lifted yet! Even if I was giving an client a HIT session they still would do mobility if needed and some prehab/rehab work then warm up slowly to the given given intensity before they hit it. The only thing you achieve in 30min pt session, is lax results and injuries from insufficient warm up..
