The 38th annual Spring Cleanup of the City of Marquette is slated for Saturday, May 3. The Marquette Beautification and Restoration Committee seeks your cooperation in cleaning school and church grounds and parking areas. There’s no designated clean-up zone and official city garbage bags will be provided free to volunteers. To pick up your bags and start cleaning, go to Heritage Motor Services Department (729 West Washington Street) Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. between April 25 and May 10. Each volunteer will receive a coupons for a free yogurt parfait from McDonalds!
