The 4-H Department is offering a new Group Entry Class.... 4-H GROUP PROJECT ENTRY-DEPARTMENT EOGP Superintendent: 4-H Staff Pre-register Date: August 1 This Exhibition is for school classrooms, after school programs or whole 4-H clubs that create a team exhibit or entry. Only preapproved groups may enter in a category. Eligibility and Entry: • Only those preapproved by the 4-H office are eligible (The deadline is two weeks before the start of the fair.) • Non-premium. • Size of entry in extreme situations may exclude display in department of origin. However it will be displayed somewhere. • Item may not be cross entered as a singular project Judging: • Danish system • See projects system for guidance. (Contact the 4-H office) • Premiums: • This is a non-premium class Project Done with Classes/Camps • Examples: • Garden produce display box by school garden • Photo journal of activities • Group year book showing projects
