Train your mind, to effectively use this body you have built. Sometimes you may need to tweak your mind to effectively cause the body to behave a certain way. Train until you no longer need to think about it and the techniques come out instinctively. 4. Know your opponents anatomy. Where to deliver your power, quantitatively and qualitatively.
