The 4th Amendment is the law. Period. Police violating the law which requires probable cause and a legitimate warrant are criminals and in direct violation of their oath of office. They should be prosecuted to the utmost for these gross violations. We have often advocated the death penalty for oath-breakers and will do so again now. Radical?
