The 50 | 50 Club Which colleges and universities have high graduation rates for Black students AND serve a large percentage of students from low income households? Of nearly 5,000 colleges and university that qualify for Title IV, only 21 fit the following criteria: (1) is a four-year college or university that grants bachelor’s degrees; (2) enroll more than 250 Black students; (3) has a graduation rate for Black students that is 50% or better; and (4) more than 50% of their students are Pell eligible. 1.
