The 75 Model 110 is coming along nicely. We installed 4.5 chrome alloys and the front, and 6 in the rear. Wrapped them with 155/60s up front and 225/60s in the rear for that meaty look and extra traction. I have a feeling well need it. Installed disc brakes up front with drop spindles and replaced the drums in the rear with Porsche pattern drums. Removed the bumpers, propped the deck lid, and a bunch of other little things. I dug up an OG license plate frame from Trans Ocean Motors, the VW dealer here in Pasadena where I grew up. True story: I actually bought a bug a couple weeks ago for $1.00 (believe it or not) from a customer of ours, and sold it for $5.00 to another one. The only thing I kept was this cool license plate frame. Had to have it!
