The ACS case worker Ms. Maha Abulaban for my childs neglect case against his father Maksim Katsnelson, just told me that judge Linda Tally in Bronx Family court allowed UNSUPERVISED visit for my 4 year olds severely mentally ill and violent father, who becomes violent and has been involuntary hospitalized about 10 times around the City of New York. Maksim Katsnelson himself is in the care of his parents and violated court protection order numerous times towards our child and me in the middle of the child neglect case against pending in the Bronx family court since April 2012! Once on May 18th 2012, he run away from the court room and came to our apartment and almost strangled me and almost crushed our child UNDER court protection order. Instead of helping the child and me the New York City Administration for Childrens Services attorney Ms. Kelly Schwab worked closely with the DA to make sure that Maksim is not prosecuted for that attack, instead for the less serious violations, saying that there is not enough evidence, but cameras are all over the streets. So after 2 arrests-release the summer, on couple of Court Order Violations, the second release WITHOUT BAIL, he went to jail for only a week in April 2014, and the child and I had to relocate to unknown address in Manhattan - as our only way to be safe. I have been bringing the child each week for supervised visits, first by the ACS then by his parents. From the overnight visits my child has been complaining that his father keeps waking him up, and comes back with dark circles under his eyes, or dyhadrated and unfed. For 2.5 years I have been saying this to the ACS but they have been on the mission to write good reports for Maksim Katsnelson regrdless of the reality of facts. Maksims parents reported Maksim missing in September 2012 saying to the police officer he run away from home. Thank God my 4 year old was not with him then. The ACS did not use that as evidence that Maksims parents cant control him and still allowed the child to be supervised by them in their one bedroom Riverdale apartment where Maksim lives with his parents. And although Maksim is a repeat offender, including criminal record for hitting a NYPD officer and domestic violence medical evidence towards me, the ACS as well as the Childs Legal Aid Attorney - Judy Ocasio TODAY supported UNSUPERVISED visits and allowed Maksim to pick up Jovan from the new daycare meaning that he now can stalk and find us again, as we BARELY survived the first time. I have written countless emails and spoken with the ACS supervisors but sometimes I feel like I am in a Kafka novel because the people I complain to are the same people that eat lunch together with the people I complain about. Write, talk share this please. Write to Mayor Bill de Blasio and complain about corruption at TOP levels of the ACS, like corruption of the ACS Commissioner and ACS attorneys. You can write to the first lady Chirlane McCray and ask that she gets involved in putting top officials at the ACS WHO ACTUALLY protect the women taking care of the children NOT the child neglectors. And finally write to the Supervising Judge in the Bronx: Hon. Carol Sherman and ask that judge Linda Tally who has been intimidating me not to speak up about domestic violence for the last 2.5 years during the child neglect proceedings and who has refused to accept evidence letter from my childs old daycare where both Maksim and his parents stalked my child and me under court order of protection - this judge Linda Tally has been EXTREMELY HOSTILE towards me, while all I have been doing is alone, against all odds raising a healthy and developmentally even ahead 4 year old New York born boy, while accommodation my abuser at my time and money expense for weekly visits with the child. Even if it all resolves well for me, I will not be happy knowing that there is room for such judges who are ready to give a 4 year old New York boy to a severely ill man. They will claim they did that because he is in therapy now but guess what Maksim Katsnelson was in therapy with FEGS when he climbed the George Washington monument in Union Square and have you seen the madness in his face there where he shouts hysterically to people? NOW PICTURE A 4 YEAR OLD CHILD THERE! My boy who means everything to me. I have done so much and still feel guilty for not having been able to protect him from this. The ACS supervisor told me to move as the only way to keep the child safe. But New York is our home, this is where we have our friends and lives and I refuse to believe that moving away is the only way to keep my four year old safe. If I do not obey court order I will be arrested and that might be exactly what judge Linda Tally wants me - I have never had anyone talk to me with such hatred and I really wonder where it comes from. So I have to bring my child ALONE WITH THIS MAN but it feels like I am bringing my child to his death... :(
