The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge was spoken, and the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge hath been accepted....thank you Kurtis Marlow! I am challenging my good friends and colleagues, the Youth Fitness Guy David Kittner, from the South Pacific Ryan Kendrick, and a man I know will be up to the creative challenge, Ben Knechtel! But as fun as it is to challenge friends, I personally believe that awareness without action is simply just people talking....so as an added challenge, lets actually take some action and donate to the cause!
