The ANC has issued new employment equity regulations that will prevent thousands of indian people in KZN from getting jobs, it will also stop them from getting promoted into more senior jobs. The ANCs regulations will require employers to meet racial targets based on national (not provincial) population group numbers. According to the new ANC regulation, the indian community should hold the fewest number of positions into top management. So even if you or your child spends 20 years studying and gets the best qualifications, the employment equity act will prevent you from being employed because youre an Indian. Indian people suffered under the apartheid style and this is no different. So THINK about this before you go to vote. This is not a ploy 2 discredit the ANC but merely a statement pointing out their intentions and capabilities!
