The ANCYL was launched for the purpose of keeping the ANC alive,as well as radicalising the programmes of ANC, the constitutional mandate of ANCYL is to champion the socio economics programmes of young people as well rallying behind the banner of ANC . The ANCYL is the league of ANC.its leaders and members should organisationaly and political relate with members and in particular structured leaders of ANC As much as leaders of yl must not be puppets of individual leaders of ANC .its only organisational correct for members of yl to elect leaders who will not spend time plotting to unseat elected leadership of ANC but elect those who will embrace and constructively criticise ANC when young people get marginalised on development issues. As we move forward with the rebuilding process of ANCYL its important for us to remember that the rebuilding process is inclusive of all progressive forces.we should therefore give each other space to effectively contribute to the process The ANC is in government and for the ANCYL to champion the programmes of young people,among others ensuring that young people get bursaries,employment we need sober leaders who will soberly engage government leaders..not young people who are bitter who will rather spend time planning against others. Cdes ANCYL does not need loaded guns which are ready to shoot. #iit will help to elect leaders who are not justified by factional solidarity or national allignment but leaders who understand the mandate Forward guided radicalism
