The ARHS restoration group had a very productive day today in Steamtown working on the FA2. All the remaining 6 ft panels were taken off by Justin, Steve and myself. Dave got rid of a 5 gal bucket worth of rust and dirt from the engine room. Pete and Peter did lots of grinding work on the frame structure. Steve, our electrician, cleaned up and removed various electrical boxes, wire and various air brake gear in the nose. Besides that we also made new air plenum sheet steel and removed broken glass from the one number box.
