The ARTBs Observer/ Advisors (O/A) will supplement the Ranger - TopicsExpress

The ARTBs Observer/ Advisors (O/A) will supplement the Ranger Instructors in order to maintain the integrity of the course if and when the Chief of Staff of the Army decides to run a class with both male and female Ranger students. This weeks O/A selection process was designed to select the best female NCOs and Officers to serve in the ARTB as it prepares for the potential first class with both male and female students. The O/A selection process was not a pass/fail event and the Ranger Tab will NOT be awarded to anyone who participated. The O/As will not grade or assess Ranger students,interfere with the Ranger Instructor in performing his duties, or provide additional mentorship to students.
