The Ace of Cappella tracks was undoubtedly “Move On Baby”. Released in 1994, its powerful, racey and melodic theme took it to number one in the UK, the Euro Sales Chart and a number of other countries! Following that, Media released the dance floor’s most eagerly awaited album of the year, “U Got 2 Know“. From the album, “U & Me” and “Move It Up” were released in 1994, and both repeated the massive success that Cappella were becoming accustomed to! The year 1995 saw a few changes in the Cappella/Media Records team. Alison Jordan joined the team. The single “Don’t Be Proud” was released and in the summer the absolutely massive “Tell Me The Way” was released which had great, and well deserved, success in the Italian official charts, and a large number of other countries. In January 1996 Cappella released “I Need Your Love” it immediately climbed up the club and sales charts. They also released “Back In Your Life” and in the summer of 1996 they released their second album called “War In Heaven”,and then in the fall they released their single “Turn It Up and Down”, a superb track in a typical Cappella style.In April/May 1997 they released a single called “Be My Baby” in most of Europe.The single “U Tore My World Apart” was only released in Germany. In Scandinavia the single “Do You Run Away Now” was released and in Holland the single “The Big Beat” was released.Later in 1997 the rapper Rodney was fired, and the rap was taken over by T.
