The Actors Workshop is busy. Actors doing their work. Me working with them. Love it. Next Workshop goes from June 23 through July 12. No session on weekend of July 4th. Casting Director Jennifer Buster will be my guest for the June 28th session. Take advantage of this opportunity to meet her and get valuable insight into the casting process. Shes great. Youll love her. She began her casting career in 1998 at the prestigious Liberman/Hirschfeld Casting company. Seinfeld, The Drew Carey Show, Party of Five and Third Rock from the Sun are just a sampling of the television series on which she has worked casting. While at Liberman/Hirschfeld she also had the great privilege of working for 18 months to cast the highly acclaimed Steven Spielberg/Tom Hanks mini-series Band of Brothers for which her team won a casting Emmy. She continued casting with Mr. Hanks on two projects for his company, Playtone; the television pilot, West Point and the feature film, My Big Fat Greek Wedding. In 2000, she began her own casting company through which she has cast numerous feature films such as Forever Strong, Fly Boys, Saints and Soldiers and Gods Army.
