The Adventures of Cancer Boy and MRSA Girl : UPDATE: Went to LR yesterday to talk with the Oncologist concerning my PET scan last Friday. Nothing new has shown up and the status is the same as for the previous PET scan. I see this as good news, but then Im a glass half-full guy. They are still recommending Yervoy treatments but the side effects and numbers are still not very favorable. It is still the same old Quality of Life vs. Quantity of Life. I have decided to pass for the next three months until the next PET scan. In the meantime I plan to take a vacation from cancer and am going to Florida next week to enjoy my 50-year HS reunion at Admiral Farragut Academy. Life is precious. Dont waste yours.
